Hey people: D
Here are the details of the chalet. Including who is going, our activities, packing list, the time, date, venue and amount of cash y’all have to each pay. If there’s anything else you guys wanna know, just tag in the tag box or contact the chairman- Aaron or Li jie.

Date: 11th November 2009 to 13th November 2009

Venue: Coasta sands, Pasir Ris
11TH NOVEMBER MEET : 10.15AM @ JURONG EAST MRT, OUTSIDE POPULAR.

Here are our activities:
1st day
10.15am:
Headcount at Jurong East MRT, outside Popular.

10.25am :
Depart for IMM.
Feeder Bus.
10.35
Lunch/ breakfast

11.50 am:
Depart for Jurong East MRT
-Feeder Bus

12.00pm :
Depart for Pasir Ris MRT
-MRT

1.00 pm:
NTUC to buy stuffs.
-Maggie noodles? Tibits?

2.10 pm:
Bus to Coasta Sands
-Feeder Bus

2.20 pm:
Check In
-Settle down (draw lots)

3.00 pm:
Games
-Shi Han I.C*

6.15 pm:
Wash Up
-Change shirt?

6.30 pm:
Depart for dinner

8.15 pm:
Back at chalet, night activity
- Shi Han I.C*

10.30 pm:
Start to bath. Chat. Blah Blah
-Supper?

2nd day.
4.00am :
Rise and shine

5.00 am:
Leave for Morning Activity ( watch sunrise :D )

Leave for ETP / games( if it rains)

Leave for BBQ, go back chalet ( if end earlier due to boredom or whatsoever, games will be played)Start fire. For the rest of the people, y’all can play games.

9.00pm:
Clear up

Night Activities

10.30 pm:
Start to Bath. Chat. Blah blah.
Settle down (draw lots)

3rd day
7.00am:
Rise and shine

8.15am:
Leave for Breakfast

Back at chalet. Clear up

PS: ACTIVITIES WILL SUBJECT TO CHANGES. THIS IS JUST THE ROUGH IDEA (:
Oh yeah the drawing of lots is to see who sleep upstairs (have bed and aircon) but need to go there and see how big is the room. We will try to squeeze as many people as possible in the room. Don’t expect the room to be very big though.

And also the games include bonding games, picture taking, talking, cycling, almost everything. HAHA
After seeing the arrangement, any of you wanna change table below? Inform class comm. (:
Do y’all wanna like take train to go to other places, we should be able to squeeze in time slot. Any ideas?

Those coming in the morning, you are paying 4 for the bbq. class funds not enough. Those that are coming in the morning but not going for bbq, don’t have to pay.

Food: we’re gonna eat 5 meals outside. So you aga aga yourself (:
Cycling: not sure. 10 plus? Will confirm this by tues.

ESCAPER THEME PARK : I don't think anyone can act as children, so each ticket $18?
