details for the bbq

date: 30th November 2008

purpose: reward for examination results??

timing: 4pm to before 10pm

food: prepared by the teachers

people: all 108 teachers and students are strongly encouraged to come(:

below are the list of materials that we might need your help in getting them ready so who is able to bring anything listed, please tag in the tagbox or inform any of the class committee. thanks;D

paper plates- 150 [IRIS]

2. packet drinks - 3 cartons(72 packets){IRIS]

3. plastic forks- 150 [BUY ON THAT DAY] IRIS NO NEED BUY

4. plastic spoons- 100 [BUY ON THAT DAY IRISNO NEED BUY]

5. tissue paper- 2 tissue boxes [IRIS]

6. tongs- [IRIS]

7. aluminium foil - [IRIS]

8. ice- 1 packet [buy on that day]

9. ice box/whatever boxes that can store ice - 2 boxes

10. trash bags -4 [REGINA]

11. charcoal- [IRIS]

12. brush to brush the food- [IRIS]

13. aluminium tray- [QIAN LING]

14. Skewers- [IRIS]

15. butter- [IRIS]

15. tibits- [ANYONE]

16. whatever other things that might be of use [ANYONE]

We kindda like only need people to bring the tibits and ice box only. okay so thanks for reading my crap
